ALLEGED SHOOTER IN COURT
The man accused of causing a standoff in Fergus Falls after shooting at police will be in court Monday.
Authorities say they were called to the home of 27-year-old Theodore Tiede for a disturbance, and it quickly turned dangerous.
When cops arrived, Tiede was blocking the door and shooting at police.
Authorities quickly set up a perimeter and had neighbors barricade themselves in their homes.
Police say they never fired a single shot back.
Tiede was eventually arrested for Terrorizing and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
SEARCH FOR SUSPECT WITH GUN
Authorities are still searching for a man who threatened a group of people with a gun.
It happened in the Prairie One apartments near 13th Avenue in South Fargo over the weekend.
Police say two groups met, got into a fight and one man pulled a gun.
He eventually left and no one was hurt.
Authorities are now looking for a white man in his 20's.
They say there is no threat to the public.
DUI, SQUAD CAR CRASH
A woman is out on bond this morning after police say she drunkenly crashed into a squad car and injured an officer.
It happened south of the main entrance to the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in West Fargo early Sunday morning.
Authorities say 29-year-old Ashley Anderson drove up to where the West Fargo officer was doing a traffic stop.
She then hit the squad car from behind, causing it to move forward and hit the vehicle the officer had stopped.
The officer was taken to the hospital but is expected to be okay.
Anderson was arrested for DUI and careless driving.
Police say her blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit.
